Construction Management
The Matteson Companies contract with third party general and sub-contractors for all construction, from tenant improvements to ground-up construction. Within the Company team, however, we have seasoned professionals who exercise significant oversight in the construction planning, budgeting and execution process. These individuals enable us to maintain adequate quality control as well as managing budgets, change orders, scheduling and related facets of the construction process.
