Company personnel are highly experienced in the use of IRS Section 1031 Exchange transactions to defer gain on rollover acquisitions. Over the past several decades, we have completed countless exchange transactions in order to complete new acquisitions on a tax-deferred basis for existing clients disposing of assets as well as new investors. We have worked closely with our outside professionals (CPA and tax counsel) and exchange intermediary companies to achieve structures that are tax-advantaged and virtually seamless to our investors. We have long-term experience in structuring tenancy-in-common investments to enable individual exchange investors to aggregate their funds to access investment opportunities in institutional quality assets with professional management.
