Private Capital Investment
We currently work with over five hundred private investors, many of whom have been investing in projects with the Company for decades. Our client base is comprised of diverse individuals, typically with significant personal net worth, and a desire to have real estate exposure as part of a balanced portfolio. Private capital investment will typically be available in a range of product types from "core" cash flow-oriented vehicles to more speculative development, value-enhancement and/or entitlement opportunities. Investors must meet financial suitability standards to qualify as "accredited investors." For these clients, we provide an opportunity to invest in institutional quality real estate supervised by experienced and highly skilled asset and property management personnel.
