Through JB Matteson, the company invests with institutional capital partners in core-plus and value-added strategies. JB Matteson has developed discrete investment programs for office and multifamily property types. Retail investments are capitalized on a project by project basis. In the investment programs, JB Matteson acts as an operator-owner in partnership with institutional capital sources to increase the scale of investment activity and align equity interests. These activities draw upon the full resources of The Matteson Companies, including development, design, construction management, asset management, property management, administrative and accounting functions. The programs are developed with specific strategies to acquire properties opportunistically, add value through asset and property management, and sell the assets on the open market.
