HARRY C. ARTHUR
Investment Manager
Harry Arthur joined JB Matteson, Inc. in April of 2006 and currently serves as its Investment Manager focusing on acquisitions/dispositions and asset management activity in California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. Harry plays a key role in all facets of the acquisition process including sourcing product, placing debt, running due diligence and managing closing. Harry has primary asset management responsibilities for 1,500 multi-family units located in California and Nevada. Prior to joining JB Matteson, Harry worked at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Merchant Banking group.
Harry graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Literature and Economics. Harry is a Bay Area native.
