Adam Matye is the Vice President of Asset Management for the retail portfolio of the company. Prior to joining Matteson in 2007, Mr. Matye worked as an Asset Manager for the Ostrow Company, a private real estate investment firm. At the Ostrow Company, Mr. Matye oversaw the performance of the industrial and retail properties comprising nearly half a million square feet in the Southern California market. He managed all construction projects for the firm including tenant improvements and strategic renovations, as well as conducted lease negotiations for the assets.
Mr. Matye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at San Diego and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
